Star Wars: When the Past meets the Present…
April 30, 2007
This is a fantastic shot! With the new U.S postal R2D2 mailboxes, this person has recreated the orignal Princess Leia and R2D2 scene from Star Wars: A New Hope. Very clever!

Production Diary #7…
April 29, 2007
As the end of the month concludes, Brett Rector has released his 7th Production Diary on The Force Unleashed.
In this weeks Diary, he focuses the crucial but maybe overlooked effects of The Force Unleashed.
“In Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, the team is striving to raise the bar to deliver movie-quality effects. As much as possible, we want gamers to feel as if they are living the adventure unfolding before their controller, and with the added processing power of the next-gen platforms it is now possible to bring movie-quality effects and lighting to games. “

KOTOR MMO in development?…
April 26, 2007
This has got to be the best rumor i’ve heard in awhile.. I hope it’s true!! This would be amazing.
“BioWare’s online team tipped to be working on massively multiplayer Knights of the Old Republic console title 16 CommentsBioWare has formed a new online team to create a Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic massively multiplayer online game, EGM reports.
No further details were reported in the rumour section of the US magazine but we’ve taped our fingers crossed. KOTOR is one of our favourite Star Wars games ever and the thoughts of an online MMO is, frankly, too much to take in.
The magazine also reports on a few other BioWare-related rumours. The current PC-exclusive Dragon Age is coming to PS3 and the DS currently in development at the mega-studio looks to be from the Baldur’s Gate franchise. They’re all rumours at the moment but we’ll keep you updated with any announcements.
If you missed Monday’s shock news, CVG exclusively reported that the firm’s highly anticipated Xbox 360 RPG Mass Effect has been pushed back to September”

April 25, 2007
This should be be pretty good! Thanks to Tubewad.com for the info!
“Seth Green and Cartoon Network (with George Lucas’ blessing) is bringing us the Adult Swim special “Robot Chicken: Star Wars.” The special will be a 30-minute episode (as opposed to the normal 15-minute “Robot Chicken” segments) and will spoof favorite scenes and characters from “Star Wars.” Lucasfilm helped produce.
Mark Hamill, Conan O’Brien, Seth MacFarlane, Robert Smigel, Malcolm McDowell, Hulk Hogan, James Van Der beek, Donald Faison (”Scrubs”) and Joey Fatone will all guest voice on the special.
The special grew out of a series of “Star Wars” sketches that originally appeared on “Robot Chicken.” Lucas set up a meeting with Green and show co-creator Matt Senreich about posting the sketches on StarWars.com and in the meeting Green and Senreich pitched their idea for the special.”
