At the end, you, Kota and Maris Brood will face Vader and the Emperor in the first death star. The Emperor will kill you, and Kota and Maris Brood escape. Vader survives. In the dark side ending (the non-canon ending), you exterminate ALL jedi (excluding Yoda and Obi-Wan, I think) but you will end up facing Vader too, however this time, you will eliminate him and become Darth Sidious' new apprentice and a Sith Lord There are two endings for this game:
