In response to a question from session moderator N’Gai Croal of Newsweek asking: “What wouldn’t it take to create a lightsaber game for that Wii?”, Ward, who’s Leader of LucasArts along with a Senior Vice president at Lucasfilm, said:

“We’re throughout that, and internally we’ve already performed a lightsaber game around the Wii. It’s an enjoyable experience, and we’ll make it happen.”

He added the whole idea of a title utilizing a lightsaber of Manufacturers Wii was “…in position! There’ll be some stuff out this Fall – it’s likely to be an enjoyable experience.”

It’s unclear whether Ward might have been mentioning towards the TT Games-developed Lego The Exorcist: The Entire Saga, that will debut later this season on multiple formats such as the Wii, or whether the organization is planning further, up to now surprise Wii-specific The Exorcist games.
